Our first guardian home opportunity!

Meet Weston! Weston is our 10 month old AKC Cavalier King Charles Spaniel boy that we hope to use for our breeding program pending health testing. We are looking for a guardian home opportunity for him. A guardian home is a family or individual that is willing to adopt Weston on stud/co-ownership contract. His fee is greatly reduced but we will have care and visit expectations for potential stud service a few times a year. Weston is sweet and quiet and a little shy. You must live within 100 miles of us and be willing to meet part way a few times a year for pick up and drop off. Please contact us for more information!

Jana and Lane together with their family raise healthy, happy and beautiful cavaliers! We just brought home our puppy (Winnie Pickles) and are so in love, our hearts are full.Response from the ownerThank you so much Nancy! We are so blessed that you chose us for your little Winnie. Thanks again!🥰 Julie CrenshawJulie Crenshaw ★★★★★ Bailey has been home with us for a week and is doing so well! She is so well socialized, playful, and doing amazing already with training. The Makela family care so much about their dogs and puppies and raise them with so much love. I highly recommend Goldberry!Response from the ownerThank you so much Julie! We are so happy for you and Bailey! We are thankful you found us! Jen JorgensonJen Jorgenson ★★★★★ Meeting the Makelas was an honor. They made adoption meaningful and personally engaging — and bred the finest of the four Cavaliers I’ve raised. Soft coat, sharp mind, adventurous spirit, peaceful soul. I call her Ruth, but the neighborhood calls her “The Dog Whisperer.” She melts fear fast in anxious dogs, shy kids, and grumpy grown-ups. There’s no soul too guarded or dog too big for her to reach. Ruth befriends everyone, and everyone befriends Ruth.*Athletic, and playful - yet chill. Confident without force. Always kind, never timid. Zero anxiety - bombproof in mayhem, unfazed when the world gets loud. Fast learner and loves to train. She’s a dream.*Even-tempered, completely unflappable, endlessly adaptable - this rock-steady temperament is no accident. It’s the Goldberry Blueprint: Cavaliers hand-raised in the home, by a real family, genetically health tested, socialized from birth, and bred for brains, beauty, and big, healthy hearts.Response from the ownerI'm so glad you love your Cavalier! CherylCheryl ★★★★★ We’ve had our Lucy for 3 weeks and it has been a great transition for her and us. The Goldberrys do a wonderful job with their puppies before they leave their home. Lucy likes her kennel and there is no whining when she needs a nap or at bedtime. She is doing great with her potty training. She has personality galore but loves snuggle time too. We highly recommend Goldberry Caveliers for anyone looking for a cavalier!!Response from the ownerThank you Cheryl! I’m so glad we met you and you got Lucy!❤️🐾 Ashley SchwartzAshley Schwartz ★★★★★ We recently brought home the sweetest dog through Goldberry Cavaliers from breeders Lane and Jana, and we couldn’t be happier! Jana and Lane were incredibly easy to work with—communicative, responsive, and clearly passionate about their dogs. The whole process felt seamless thanks to the professionalism and care along with the time they took engaging us in the new puppy process. As for our new pup, we honestly feel like we hit the jackpot. She came to us already knowing some basic training (either we got lucky or Jana and her family worked some magic!), and she’s been a joy from day one. Confident, affectionate, and so well-adjusted—it’s clear she came from a loving, thoughtful environment. We’re so grateful to the Goldberry Cavalier family for bringing her into our lives. Highly recommend!Response from the ownerThank you so much Ashley for the glowing review! We are blessed to have met you! Kathy ClarkeKathy Clarke ★★★★★ Lilly is doing well! She gets attention where ever she goes! She is sleeping good at night and is so sweet and playful!Response from the ownerThank you so much Kathy I’m so glad! Sarah DavidsonSarah Davidson ★★★★★ I have had the best experience with Goldberry Cavaliers. My Nova is now a year old and is as healthy as can be. She is my best companion and always up for whatever shenanigans we can find. My little partner has earned two AKC titles already, Canine Good Citizen and Trick Dog Novice, is over halfway to her first FastCAT title, and has started agility as well. She matches my energy perfectly. She can keep up on hours long hikes or become a champion snuggler on the couch. She is friendly with absolutely every one (with a special love for kids!) and is so gentle and sweet. I couldn’t imagine a better dog for me. Thank you for making this wonderful girl a reality.Response from the ownerSarah you are a super star dog owner and Nova is such a smart cookie! Thank you for providing her opportunities to learn and grow and get titled! So impressive! Thank you for the glowing review too, it made my day! 💗Blessings,Jana Goldberry Cavaliers LisaAnn 99LisaAnn 99 ★★★★★ We adore our King Charles Cavalier puppy! We adopted a sweet cavapoo named Casey from Goldberry Cavaliers. It has been a breeze transitioning him into our home. Casey was raised from the time he was born until we took him home in such a loving way and it shows! We have kids and it was awesome to see that Casey is used to being around kids, especially their volume level! We are so pleased with the process of getting him and would highly recommend getting a pup from here!Response from the ownerCasey is such a cute little guy! You guys were the perfect family for him! Thanks for choosing us! Denise DijkstalDenise Dijkstal ★★★★★ This is the place to find a well-socialized, healthy, and lovable cavalier puppy. I am so happy with Jack, my Blenheim. Soo good in the kennel already! Goes potty the second I bring her out. The smoothest transition I have ever had with a puppy. They were very responsive on any questions I had throughout the process and were very knowledgeable!Response from the ownerThank you so much for your glowing review! Your family is absolutely precious and I have no doubt that your family is an awesome fit for her! 💗 Donna ReitDonna Reit ★★★★★ We got Stella in March 2023. 1 thing my husband and I goth agreed on is we wanted a family raised Cavalier. We certainly got that in Stella her love for people, friendly, cuddly personality was bar none. Lane and Jana made adopting Stella so easy and were so kind and answered all of our questions. We are so grateful they choose us to adopt Stella and if we are ever ready for another we will defiantly be back for another playmate.Response from the ownerDonna thank you so much for the kind review! She's learning very quickly and has a very sweet temperament. I would recommend Goldberry Calvaliers to anyone looking for a puppy!❤️Response from the owner❤️🐾 Laura BrannLaura Brann ★★★★★ We got our puppy from Goldberry in August and it's been a great experience. She is healthy, happy, and well adjusted. She was VERY well socialized when we got her at 11 weeks old. She was played with by small children on a regular basis before we got her and she just loves all people. When I registered her with AKC I got her pedigree through several generations and saw that about a dozen of the dogs in her pedigree were DNA tested and cleared, which gives me peace of mind. My vet was also very happy to hear that as well. The family was great to work with and answered all of my questions. They're always genuinely happy to hear updates about how my puppy is doing. They're very invested in the well being of their dogs not only while they have them but after they've gone to their new families.Response from the ownerSo so glad! 😊🐾 Brooke SchrockBrooke Schrock ★★★★★ Beautiful puppies and wonderful people. The puppies are raised in a healthy family environment and are very well socialized and treated with love and care by the whole family, I could tell immediately from how sweet and outgoing the puppies are from the day I first met them.
